Castlereagh St, Sydney NSW 2000
I’ve been seeing pictures of this place for a while now and I finally had the time to check this joint. It specialises in burgers with a variety to choose from, I wanted to get their hot dog but they ran out by the time I went.
It’s priced in the mid-low range, making it quite affordable.
Pear Cider $8.50 – so sweet, it’s like a pear on a sugar high
Mine: New Yorker $16 – Chargrilled grass fed sirloin steak, aged cheddar, caramelised onions, Charlie’s signature tomato sauce and American mustard.
His: South American Burger $14 – Wagyu patty with aged cheddar, caramelised onions, smoked chilli mayonnaise and Argentinean sauce.
Side: Parmesan and truffle fries – this made the whole experience even better, the fries were crunchy (how I like it) and the cheese just added a bit of sweetness.
