I’ve got my reasons, mainly because of my health which I want to optimize positively to live a long, long and even a more longer life! Recently, I’ve been researching whether humans are herbivores or omnivores. So many arguments for both sides, but I’m not using that argument to justify why I’m changing my diet to a vegan one.

It’s quite expensive to be vegan, a lot of substitution on protein and iron. Though I opted to stay with eating fishes and other seafood because I find that fishes have the highest source of omega 3, protein, iodine and what-not. I initially don’t eat seafood and incorporating it now into my diet has been a massive change. It has been very difficult to pick food when I eat out, cutting out eggs (which are practically on everything) and dairy milk!… I’ve now been accustomed to drinking soy beans.
So far so good, what I find constantly difficult is telling people I’ve turned vegan. Because most of the time I have to say why and they’d say “but you’re already so skinny!”… that’s got nothing to do with me eating plant-based and seafood? mmmm. I’m not doing this because I want to be skinny, but the fact that I want to be healthy.
