Burgers, chicken, sushi, frozen custard and fries, this joint gives Sydney a nod towards bringing about contemporary food to Aus! Without losing the interest of Sydney-siders with their love of burgers, chef Chase Kojima brings his flavours of Japan. The burgers are twisted to accomodate rice and seaweed, instead of a bun.

The insides are just as flavoursome such as, not limited to, Angus beef, fresh vegetables, kingfish, katsu mushroom and topped with their ‘special sauce’. My experience was good, I loved their fries which was topped with Umami salt. I’m a slow eater, so I did find by the end my cheese burger was a tad soggy at the bottom. That did not deter the taste however, I have yet to taste their frozen custards mmm.
